Hundreds of users were running towards his companions, and hundreds more were coming out of... everywhere. But that was impossible; the page was blocked to users, only the noob was left behind. Shit.

Jack lunged for the radio. "This is Delta squad! We need backup, everyone you've got! NOW!"

"Delta squad?" questioned the radio operator. "The guys near the Audio Portal? Working on a noob?

"Yes. Now send every man you have to our position," Jack said as calmly as he could while watching at least a thousand noobs surrounding his companions. Even armed with lollipops and fists more often than not, they outnumbered the Guardsman greatly. "And send them by link."

"But if we do that, regular users will be able to get to the page," replied the soon-to-be dead man.

"How's about you do what I tell you right now instead of making excuses?" asked Jack. The lollipops looked like they did more damage than Jack thought they would. He hadn't taken splintering into account.

"Fine, but the consequences are on YOUR shoulders." Jack could no longer see his comrades. "It will take a while for your reinforcements to load the page."

Jack could not just sit and wait for the back up, so out he went to drag some noobs off of the rest of Delta squad. He donned his steel fists and left the M.P.T.

Made it chapter 2.1 because it seemed a good stopping point. It may be a few days for the next part. Or weeks. Or hours. One of the three.%u2660

There was supposed to be a minor disturbance near the Audio Portal. It was nothing too big, just a stupid noob that forgot his place. Stuff like that happened every now and then. The only reason a team of five had been sent out was those bodies turning up. Users were messaging mods when a movie took a minute more to load then they thought it would.

Jack guessed they had a good reason though. Not even Tom could figure out what had happened to those poor guys. Some of the users thought it was a hacker. They were crazy of course; there was no way that a hacker could get through Newgrounds undetected. Although with the Redesign, there might be a gap that someone could get through.

Jack was pulled out of his thoughts when Timur said "What do you think, Jack?"

"Huh, think about what?" Jack replied.

"What do you think happened to those people they found?"

"Maybe a hacker got through the security."That set everyone to laughing.
"Ya, and maybe a noob got to them," said Ivan.

"Or Tom reached down from Glenside and stole all their information," Alex chimed in.

"Or-" Timur began.

"We're here!" shouted Jerry. "If you can all shut up for a while, maybe we can get rid of this noob. Unless you think it will leave you an empty husk. You can always stay in the transport if you're scared."

"I don't see why we all have to go anyway. Just because the civilians are jumping at shadows doesn't mean WE have to," said Jack.

"Fine, you can hide in here if you want to," Jerry said. "One of us should monitor the radio anyway." And with that everyone got out, Jack to get into the drivers seat, and the others to go kill the noob.

Jack had a funny feeling, like someone was watching him. He tried ignored it, and told himself pretty soon he'd be as jumpy as everyone else. He couldn't get the feeling out of his mind, though. He found himself looking around, trying to find it. All he saw was his teammates getting ready to destroy the noob; the page had been shutdown so there were no other users.

The noob started to look different, less like a noob. It was slow that Jack thought he was imaging it, but it was definitely losing baby fat and getting bigger. It was starting to look like a regular. That was impossible of course; noobs took at least a year to go through those changes.

He was about to get out of the transport, when the ground started to shake.

I need a name for the transport. Links will have a different function.

In all of the history of Newgrounds there has been order. The are noobs at the bottom. They must prove themselves worthy before they have power. There have always been a few noobs that tried to get around this by devouring the Regulars to gain their power, but they were stopped by the Elite Guard.

Then one day The Great Creator Tom decided to redesign Newgrounds and make it a thousand times better than before. He succeeded in his goal. However, with The Redesign came a few bugs. Nothing to really worry about. Until an empty shell of a regular was found in the streets. No one could figure it out. Nothing like this had happened before. It was passed off as a random occurrence. There was a little unease about it, but surely it would not happen twice.

It continued to happen. Tom was working like crazy trying to find out what was happening. He could find nothing wrong with The Redesign that would cause something like this. Newgrounders were scared out of their minds. Then the cause was found.

A noob attacked a regular in broad daylight. When the Elite Guard got there, an army of noobs came forth. These weren't average noobs though; they had the power of regulars. The Elite Guard was overwhelmed and were forced to retreat. There seemed to be no hope.

The Noob War had begun.
